Early shock awaited the hosts as H Masakadza was caught by Latham in the 4th over by McClenaghan.

New Zealand finds itself in a deep state of affairs after their first loss to the hosts, and for this ODI, they will be looking to square things.
Although their batting lineup performed much fairly on Sunday, the African nation seemed to be in a much better shape.
This time too, as they field first, captain Kane Williamson will be looking to restrict the runs and get the same performance as last time. In the first ODI, he scored 97, which was supported by 112 not out by their batsman Ross Taylor.
For the batting team right now, things don’t seem happy as they have lost Hamilton Masakadza already, who scored that massive 84 in the last match.
It remains to be seen if Ervine can take over and get the momentum, given that they need to put up an impressive total.
Certainly, Zimbabwe has their chances to steal the series, as long as their batting line starts taking the charge. On the bowling front, all eyes are on Tinashe Panyangara.
