Christchurch announces dates for first Ellerslie International Flower Show

Mayor Bob Parker announced Christchurch’s first Ellerslie International Flower Show will be in March 2009.

Christchurch will host its first Ellerslie International Flower Show from 11 to 15 March, 2009. The five-day extravaganza is expected to attract similar numbers to the 65,000 visitors attending previous shows held in Auckland and generate more than $14 million for the local economy.
